Use of Generative AI and AI-Assisted Technologies in Manuscript Preparation

The Journal of Persada Husada Indonesia permits the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) and AI-assisted technologies solely to support the preparation of manuscripts, such as improving language, grammar, spelling, and readability. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and scientific content of their manuscripts, including data analysis, interpretation, citations, and conclusions. AI tools must not be listed as authors or co-authors, as they cannot assume responsibility for the work. Any use of Generative AI in manuscript preparation must be disclosed transparently in the manuscript.

Use of Generative AI and AI-Assisted Technologies in the Peer Review Process

To preserve the confidentiality and integrity of the peer review process, editors and reviewers must not upload submitted manuscripts, or any part of them, to Generative AI tools or AI-assisted technologies that may retain, process, or use the content beyond the journal's control. AI tools may only be used for limited administrative or editorial support that does not compromise manuscript confidentiality or influence editorial judgment. All editorial decisions and peer review reports must be based solely on the independent professional assessment of editors and reviewers, who remain fully accountable for their evaluations.
